We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Dune Caddy. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return or exchange for products purchased on our website.
All shipping costs for returns are the sole responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the product.
Customized & Bulk Orders
Please note that all personalized, bulk, wholesale, or branded corporate gift orders are final and non-returnable once production has begun. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for these items unless the product arrives damaged or defective. If your order is damaged upon delivery, please contact us within 3 days of receipt with photos and details, and weβll work to resolve the issue promptly.
Please note that the following items are non-refundable:
- Free gifts or promotional items with retail value
- Products that have been used
- Returns on partial sets
- Gift Cards
Refund Timeline and additional information
Once we receive your returned item(s), refunds are typically processed within two days from our side. However, please note that the response from your bank may differ and may take additional time to appear in your account.
In the case of any international returns, any taxes or import duties may be deducted.
