Shipping Destinations

We currently offer standard shipping on orders in the UAE and to GCC Regions through our shipping partner Arnab Delivery Services.

Order Processing and Shipping

Orders in the UAE typically take 1-3 business days to be processed and shipped. Please ensure your delivery address and information is accurate to avoid any delays. While we strive to fulfill your order as soon as possible, public holidays and unanticipated logistical issues may cause delays. Orders submitted on a Sunday will only be processed the following business day.

Shipping Rates

To provide our customers with the best shipping rates and experience, we ship our orders from our fulfillment center at Arnab Delivery Services in the UAE. Shipments to the GCC regions will (exclude taxes, duties and international processing). Please be aware that for international shipments, additional CUSTOMS FEES and DUTIES may apply. We have no control over these fees and cannot estimate the amount in advance. The customer is solely responsible for paying these fees upon receiving the package.

Shipping rates:

  • Dubai & Other Emirates - AED 15
  • GCC Regions excl. KSA - AED 55
  • KSA - AED 70

Delivery Times

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and shipping method. Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address or unavailability to receive the order, our shipping courier will attempt to contact you again. It is important to provide a correct contact number at checkout. Orders returned to us as undeliverable after courier attempting delivery, the shipment will be re-shipped at the customer's expense.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a call from one of the friendly Arnab delivery personnel for delivery. You will be kept informed via email on your shipment.Β 

Please note that we are not responsible for any delays or damages caused by the shipping carrier.
